The GMB has two National Negotiating Committee stewards Chris Rea (Risley ECO) and Karl Walsh (Bristol ECO), and a third member for Pay and Conditions Mick Speight (Morley ECO), we also have seven positions for Area Snr Stewards (At all ECO and ECO International depots - NEMA and HDC) who help Mick negotiate with DHL Freight ECO and ECO International on terms and conditions of service for our members. They also provide  representation at disciplines and grievances. These are just some of their duties on our members behalf.
